Who runs this studio

The Rapid Rebuild Design Studio is operated by The Partners Contracting Group Inc. (TPC Group), a licensed Florida general contractor, CGC1535546. Rapid Rebuild Homes is our coastal rebuild program.

What you may do with it

You are welcome to use the studio to explore and evaluate a home design for yourself — your own build, your own lot, your own decision. Keep your design code, share your design and your renderings with your family, your lender or your insurer, and bring them to your consultation.

What belongs to us

The studio, the home models, the floor plans, the option catalog, the photography and every rendering it produces are the property of TPC Group and the Rapid Rebuild Homes program. Personal use as described above is permitted; anything beyond it is not.

That means: no scraping, crawling or bulk downloading; no copying, republishing or reselling the designs, plans or renderings; no using them to market, quote or build a home with anyone else; and no automated use of the studio for any purpose other than designing your own home.

Your design and your details

We use your design and the contact details you give us for two things: to prepare your design and to follow up with you about your build. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. Your design is stored against your design code so you can come back to it and so your design consultant can pick it up with you.

We email you a link to confirm your address before the studio opens — that is how your finished rendering knows where to go. If you would like your design or your details removed, call us at 727-209-7661 and we will take care of it.

What a rendering is — and is not

A rendering from this studio is an illustration of the design you selected. It is not a construction document, an engineered drawing, a permit set or a commitment to build any particular specification. Materials, colors, dimensions and availability are confirmed with your design consultant in your selections meeting, and the documents from that meeting govern your build.

The studio is provided as it is, without warranty. Nothing here is a contract for construction; a build begins with a signed agreement.

We may update these terms as the studio grows. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. If you have a question about any of it, call us at 727-209-7661 — a person answers.
